Regatta at Vanderbilt Beach is a resort style condo complex ideally located just two blocks to Vanderbilt Beach, home of the Ritz Carlton Naples and one of the area’s most popular beaches for recreation. Unit 402 has been upgraded with new light quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and well as new bathroom vanities and boasts a fantastic oversized balcony with direct views of the Bay!
The Regatta pool area offers lounge chairs, a tropical waterfall pool, lap pool, spa/hot tub, and a poolside tiki hut complete with a kitchen, ice maker, and two gas grills. A fitness center is located adjacent to the pool area. Less than half a mile’s walk lands you at the entrance to Vanderbilt Beach, immediately adjacent to the Ritz Carlton, and convenient to beachfront dining destinations including the Turtle Club and Baleen at LaPlaya, and casual bayfront dining at Buzz’s Lighthouse. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
