When you stay here, you'll be right in the heart of Mercer Island (1 mile to I-90 and 6 miles to downtown Seattle and downtown Bellevue). You're also within walking distance (1/2 miles) of multiple parks, including Mercerdale Park, Homestead Filed, and Clise Park, as well as numerous grocery stores like Metropolitan Market and QFC. But if you prefer eating out, there are several shops, coffee shops, and restaurants located several blocks away. If your stay is over the weekend, don't forget to check out Mercer Island Farmers Market open between 10AM-3PM on Sunday. From the home, there are also several public beaches within a 1-mile radius (Calkins Point Sand Beach is a local favorite).

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,1- No parties/events.
- 2- No unregistered guests.
- ** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
- 3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
- 4- No animals: To ensure everyone’s comfort, we do not allow any animals.
- 5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
- Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
- 6- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
- 7- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
- 8- Check out procedure:
- - Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.
- - Run the dishwasher if needed.
- - Collect all your trash and recycle and deposit them in the outside bins.
- - Turn off all lights and turn the thermostat to 50
- - Close and lock all the windows and doors.
- 9- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
