When you stay here, you'll have the entire Pacific Northwest at your disposal! You're within walking distance of Cougar Mountain Zoo and Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park. On a nice day, there are also multiple trailheads nearby, especially in Tiger Mountain State Forest Park. The Lake Sammamish State Park and Issaquah Commons shopping center (with a Trader Joe's, QFC, PCC, Starbucks, Costco, and Target) are also just 2 miles away. But for more shopping, you can also head to downtown Bellevue (8 miles) or downtown Seattle (14 miles). The SeaTac Airport and North Bend are also located just 18 miles from home.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules

- 2- No unregistered guests.
- ** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
- 3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
- 4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
- Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
- 5- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
- 6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
- 7- Check out procedure:
- - Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.
- - Run the dishwasher if needed.
- - Collect all your trash and recycle and deposit them in the outside bins.
- - Turn off all lights and turn the thermostat to 50
- - Close and lock all the windows and doors.
- 8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
- 9- 2 parking spots are on the driveway
- 10- Up to 2 animals and pets are allowed with $150/pet. Please let us know how many pets will you have. We may need to request an extra pet fee from you.,Start: 22:00, End: 7:00
