Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,1- No parties/events.
  • 2- No unregistered guests
  • ** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
  • 3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.
  • 4- No pets allowed.
  • 5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
  • Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
  • 6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost
  • 7- Check out procedure:
  • - Run the dishwasher if needed.
  • - Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin.
  • - Turn off all lights.
  • - Push the checkout button to inform us.
  • - Close and lock all windows and doors
  • 8- Put garbage, recycling, and compost in the correct bins and take the outside bins to the curb by Sunday night for Monday pickup.
  • 9- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is a $50 charge plus shipping cost.
  • 10- Parking is on the driveway or the street. The garage is not available for guests.
  • 11- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you.,Start: 22:00, End: 7:00
