The villa enjoys the perks of being born inside the beautiful reserve of Parco di Veio: beautiful nature, flowers and a lot of space. Its charming private garden comes equipped with all the conforts for your holiday, from your own personal pool, to a shaded playing field. Sit back and enjoy the sounds of nature.
The garden is one hectare large and able to accommodate different areas. The pool is based near a lovely guest house and comes with all the equipment to bathe in the sun. The patio is gonna be the perfect place to have a lovely Italian lunch. The stunning wood oven is beneath a chill zone, the ideal place to eat and relax on the hammock. In addition, there is a playing field to play football with your friends.
The villa develops on 3 floors, it features 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with a traditional-contemporary design, warm and earthy colours all around. Everything you need for your relaxing holiday.
On the first floor there is a luminous living room with a TV lounge area, the fireplace will keep you company during winter time. There is also a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed.
On the upper floor there is a gorgeous yoga room with a beautiful view over the park. The perfect space to work out, play music, watch movies and be creative. The garden view will inspire you. Moreover, on this floor there is a beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed and balcony, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and balcony, a bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed, and an additional bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is a wonderful living room and you will fall in love with the lovely natural light of the dining room, where there’s plenty of space for you to eat and relax, around the table and in front of the fireplace. There is also another bedroom with a queen size bed, a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an additional service bathroom.
The villa is located inside a private area with 24h surveillance.
IMPORTANT: The bedrooms on the upper floor will be prepared for your stay. Please let us know if you wish to sleep in the bedrooms located on the other floors.
