Makena Surf F-102 Welcome to Makena Surf F-102, a luxurious ground-floor condo
in the exclusive Makena Surf Resort. With its prime beachfront location in
South Maui, this gated community offers natural beauty and sweeping views of
Molokini, Kaho’olawe, and the Pacific Ocean. F-102 offers effortless ground-
floor entry and is just steps from Po’olenalena Beach and the sunbathing
turtles off your lanai. Enjoy quick access to the largest pool and jacuzzi,
located nearby. The master bedroom features a king bed (replaced in 2023),
while the guest room offers two full beds (also replaced in 2023). A
convertible sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.
Central air conditioning (replaced in 2023) keeps the condo cool and
comfortable. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet, and use the in-
unit workstation with desktop computer and laser printer if work...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
