The home has recently been painted and plank flooring installed throughout, giving a clean fresh feel. This spacious home features three living areas offering plenty of space to spread out and relax. The main living area is a the rear of the home overlooking the pool area – there is a new sectional sofa and large screen TV to chill after an active day. Outdoors, there is a good sized pool and private deck with no rear neighbors. Spend the day splashing around enjoying the Florida sunshine, or sink into the bubbling spa to relax. Pool/spa heat available at an additional cost. BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home) The updated kitchen, with stone countertops and breakfast bar island, is equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a formal dining table and chairs and adjacent secondary living area towards the front of the home. The first master bedroom is downstairs and boasts a kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with both shower and bath tub plus separate toilet. The second master bedroom is upstairs, also with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There are three twin bedroom that the children will love. There is a further sophisticated queen bedroom and two shared bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV with cable services, plus high speed internet throughout the home. The further living area is upstairs creating the perfect nook for the kids to do their own thing. And don’t forget about the games area in the garage! There are hours of fun to be had with the foosball and basketball shoot. Well located within the resort of Terra Verde, this stunning community is located in the heart of Orlando and is surrounded by world class attractions. A one-time $25 pass can purchased for parking over the length of your stay – the community is gated with 24hrs security. There is a game room with an arcade, a child’s playground, a climbing rock, community pool with a large sundeck and chaise lounges, and a stocked up three acre fishing pond. There’s also a sunning beach volleyball, a half basketball court, an exercise facility, a terrace with lake views, and a small internet cafe. You can relax and recharge in the hot tub, detox from stress in the sauna, or unwind poolside with a beverage from the outdoor Tiki Hut. When you’re ready to head out on an adventure you can hit the concierge desk for recommendations. Terra Verde is located only 4 miles away from Disney World, 15 miles from Universal Studios Orlando and 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. They’re 3 miles from the Osceola County Welcome Center and History Museum (which features interactive exhibits) as well as other attractions like Fun Spot America and Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament.
