One of the terraces includes a partially covered dining area and outdoor kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, barbeque grill, and sink. All three bedrooms have smart TVs.

From the center of Menaggio, the property is reachable in one minute by car and in two or three minutes on foot. For those arriving or sightseeing by ferry, the Menaggio pier is only a 5-7 minute walk from the property or just a few minutes by car or taxi. The ferry takes about 10 minutes to/from Bellagio and about 20 minutes to/from Varenna. The property is therefore in a very convenient and strategic location. Once you reach the property, you need to climb three flights of stairs to reach the apartment, as it is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
