Encantada Resort - The Perfect Location. Encantada Resort is on the south side of US192, just west of Disney. Encantada has everything that you and your guests need for the perfect vacation. The new shops and restaurants at the side of US429, anchored by a 24-hour Super Target store, currently under construction, are just a couple of minutes away. Meanwhile, there is a Publix supermarket a similar distance away.
Resort amenities: The large clubhouse offers a lobby with service from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Service is provided to all our guests at the front desk/concierge. Discounted tickets are offered for the theme parks and attractions for your convenience, to save time and money. A state-of-the-art gym/fitness-center in the clubhouse gives you a variety of machines to reach your fitness goals, while you are on vacation. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
