The property has 3 spacious levels, and 8 rooms that can accommodate a maximum of 16 people sleeping, with areas to rest, play, have fun, and train. The view of the city and the spaciousness of the exclusive-use upper terrace create the perfect space for your stay to be comfortable and unforgettable. You will find a comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress in each room, split air conditioning, a led tv in 6 of the rooms, and on the 2 terraces with cable TV in all Tvs, a master suite with 65-inch tv. The accommodation has a beautiful, spacious, and luxurious kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. It is located in the heart of the capital, close to supermarkets, cinemas, shopping centers, Mirador Norte Park, and others. The apartment has: -Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for exclusive use, private for 10 people. -barbecue. -Billiards/Pool table game. -Foosball table game. -Filtered water in kitchen and terrace. -Ice machine on the terrace. -The fridge has filtered water ready to drink and an ice machine. The penthouse is fully furnished and includes amenities such as a washer, dryer, ice maker, 2 own balconies, 2 decks & own parking in a gated 2 car lot. We are in the heart of Santo Domingo, it is a quiet neighborhood in the center of the city, close to everything you might need, 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping malls, and the cinema. The property has two private parking lots, around it there is public transport service, Uber, taxis, you can also walk to some restaurants and a shopping center (Downtown Center) that are around and to the Mirador Sur Park. The base cost includes 10 guests, and there is a charge of 15 dollars per additional guest. The cleaning fee is 80 dollars (10 dollars per room). Please note that cleaning is done only upon the guest’s check-out; no cleaning services are included during your stay. Also, guests can request additional cleaning service for 80 dollars, which includes changing clean towels if needed. The Penthouse is not suitable for disabled people. The Elevator is for the private use of the Penthouse and only has a capacity for 2 people simultaneously. No events or parties are allowed. Music is not allowed after 10 Pm. You must listen to it the rest of the day at a moderate volume to respect the neighbours’ tranquillity because the property is in a residential building. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size. There are 8 security cameras on the property and , strategically placed to cover all common areas for your safety and peace of mind. These areas include the parking lot, entrances, balconies, all corridors and the elevator. b. Each of these cameras captures footage within their designated areas, ensuring comprehensive coverage while guaranteeing there are no cameras in any of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, or kitchen, preserving your privacy throughout your stay. c. The cameras will be turned on and recording 24/7 during your reservation to maintain a secure environment. The exact locations of the cameras inside the apartment: 1. Fifth Floor Balcony: One camera is located on the ceiling, capturing the entire balcony area. 2. Fourth Floor Balcony: One camera is positioned on the ceiling, covering the balcony area. 3. Laundry Room: A camera is placed on the east wall, monitoring the laundry room and emergency exit door. Rest assured, our surveillance cameras operate in a closed circuit, with no access to the outside, and are never monitored unless there are reported criminal activities, claims, or complaints.
