Property Manager is proud to present Pelkosenniemi 1275. Chalet is located in the best location in Pyhä, next to the slopes of Pyhä Ski Resort, national park and services. There is a big terrace in each floor and a breathtaking view down to the valley. Chalet is suitable for a bigger group or 2-3 different families.
Can be rented only with final cleaning.
50 km north from Kemijärvi. Big house with 3 floors, built in 2012.
Downstairs there is a washroom, dressing room, sauna (electric stove), warm skiboot storage, maintenance room for skies, utility room and toilet.
In the middle floor there is a living room, kitchen, one bedroom with bunk bed and separate bed, toilet.
Upstairs there is a toilet and shower, two bedrooms with two separate beds, one bedroom with bunk bed (lower bed 140*200cm, upper bed 90*200cm) and one bedroom with bunk bed and separate bed.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
