Property Manager is proud to present Salla 1286. Salla 1286 is a log cabin equipped with many amenities in forested and peaceful district in Sallatunturi tourist center.
Laminated log cabin, built in 2010. On the ground floor, living room kitchen, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate beds, sauna, washroomWC, utility room dressing room, separate WC and covered terrace.
Loft with two beds and sofa bed.
Car shelter and storage. There is also a ski waxing table in the storage.
Ski trail nearby (500 m). The nearest ski slope is Pohjoisrinne 1,5 km, Eturinteet ski slopes 1,6 km.
Public beach with barbecue and campfire facilities in both hut and outdoor within 1 km distance. Spa hotel 2,2 km. Sports hall Salla hall 1,6 m.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
