Property Manager is proud to present Nilsiä 1085. Elegant and high-quality semi-detached apartment located near the Tahko ski center. There are warehouses between both apartments, so the apartments are not next door neighbours. All materials, furniture and technology are of high quality.
The destination is best suited for families, companies and couples. However, the holiday destination will not be handed over to the customer if all persons going to the holiday destination are under 25 years of age.
The two-storey apartment was built in 2021, downstairs there is a spacious living room kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, utility room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), 2 x toilets, hallway and terrace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two beds + balcony and a bedroom with 2 beds, a washroom with shower & toilet.
The actual TV channels are only shown via Yle Areena and Ruutu+. Netflix, Cmore Total and Disney + channels movies are also available. 5G internet connection (speed 600mb) and car electric charging plug (11 kwh) for residents only. Under sauna benches there are speakers with bluetooth connection and there is a friderator in the sauna.
A charging station for hybrid and electric cars (11 kwh) can be rented at the apartment. The charging station is located on the wall of the warehouse. The customer needs his own charging cable. Rental prices per car: €30.00 weekend or €60.00 week. The rental price is collected as a separate mobile pay payment and paid directly to the cottage owner.
The apartment is located in a quiet cottage area, yet within walking distance of all Tahko services. It’s not allowed to bring rentable hot tub to this cottage. 1 set of firewood is included in price; more firewood can be purchased from the local shops.
Slopes and restaurants 1.2 km, common Tahkonlahti beach 1.2 km, Tahko Spa 1.5 km, Tahko Golf 2 km, Nilsiä 13 km, Kuopio 65 km, Matkus shopping center 70 km. Bookings start at 4pm and end no later than 12pm on the day of departure (including weekend bookings).
