Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Naka plays with light fabrics and minimalist decor to highlight the Japanese inspiration for the design. The 120 square meter space in Madrid’s Salamanca neighborhood has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway which directs to a fully furnished kitchen with sitting area.
The living room disposes of a lounge area as well as round dining table in the corner. Past the living room, the first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a dedicated work area, with black finishings to give a modern touch. The second bedroom has geometric wood detailing behind the queen-sized bed, and a custom-built table...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
