Set in a private gated exclusive countryside location close to the village of Aislaby, just a short drive from both Yarm and Darlington, this newly built two bedroom single storey cottage is furnished to a very high standard and is perfectly suited for getaways with family or friends. Featuring two spacious bedrooms and two stylish bathroom’s with views over to the Cleveland Hills, The Stables will provide memories to treasure.
The Stables has a bright and homely living, kitchen and dining area. The perfect place to unwind with your loved ones, you can relax on the sofa or armchair and keep up with your favourite shows on the flat screen TVs and the use of the sonos sounds system throughout property. Open up the doors which lead directly onto the property’s private patio and let the fresh country air flood into the space which also is adjoining to the Cleveland Way Walk.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
