Quinta Clara features a master bedroom with its private infinity pool, and 6 additional equal suites with their own private entrances. The villa wraps around the ground pool and open garden areas, creating a large private courtyard for the guests to enjoy.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - Day Passes are available at $50 USD per person per day (valid until 10pm)
- - Small events & weddings accepted (Max 30 guests). An event fee of $2,000 USD + a security deposit of $2,000 USD is applicable for all events.
- - Check in/out can be on a Saturday or Sunday only
- Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless preauthorized by Property Manager
- A refundable damage deposit of $2,000USD in cash on arrival OR
- A non-refundable insurance fee of $199 USD, payable by credit card prior to arrival is required
