Welcome to your dream villa near Disney World! The lovely home is NEW and ready to host it’s first guest’s. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a relaxing plunge pool, and a fun foossball game upstairs in the loft. Open the doors to your vacation home. First you will find a beautiful queen bedroom with a ensuite. Follow the path you have a open concept living and dining area with a full state of the art kitchen. It’s the perfect layout to not miss anything, you can cook, eat, and watch a movie, game or show all at the same time or even chat with family or friends. Open the sliding doors to your own private pool oasis looking over the stunning greenery. The plunge pool is great for the kids to cool off. Make your way upstairs to the main bedroom with a huge private bathroom and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has one bunk bed with twin beds and one single twin bed with a shareable bathroom. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Shortly after the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking for the full names of the guests staying at the property, a picture of the ID of the primary guest, a selfie of the primary guest holding the ID, and our onlne registration form. We will need you to complete the full registration process so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with some our check-in instructions.
