Arrivals after 8 PM are subject to extra cost. • 🔑Access: After the apartment is ready and the online registration is correctly completed. • 👥 Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay. • ⏳ Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of 90€ for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged.
