The Community Pool is under construction. They are redoing the whole pool and spa area. Construction will be completed in January 2026 with an entirely new pool and Spa.

This home is fully renovated with a new kitchen counter, updated cabinets, and matching appliances. Each room has its own heating system and in-unit laundry, which is a hit. It is a short walk to the Ski Run Marina, Restaurants, Rental shops, and the weekly Farmer’s Market. Enjoy summer and winter. TAHOE VILLAGE is a quiet, unique community with walking access to skiing, hiking, biking, and all other outdoor recreation. The mountain retreat is a perfect vacation destination. Short driving distance to Nevada Beach, Zephyr cove, and Eldorado beach. Unbeatable Stateline Nevada location with access to Heavenly Ski Resort (also pass holders can enjoy other EPIC ski resorts) North Star & Kirkwood. The nearest commercial airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport, which is 60.1 miles away. ● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance) ● Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit, which they must display on their vehicle’s driver’s side dashboard. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the vehicle’s owner. ● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited. ● During inclement winter weather, either 4WD and snow tires or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit.
