The condo is located in the sought after "Signature" complex of north
Scottsdale. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story
building. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath, walk-in
closet and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers another King bed and
TV w/ walk-in closet. The living area offers another HUGE TV which opens to
the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in
unit. All TV’s are Smart TV’s and cable as well. A Pack n Play and High chair
is provided as well in the condo so you can pack less! ...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
