The 9,000 square feet of airy interior space includes a library and a den, striking uses of marble and granite, and artistic accents that display a designer’s touch.
Villa Alegria won’t short you on outside amenities either: you can host a party of 20 with ease, and 8 of those attendees can sigh and splash in the jacuzzi alone, though they might be tempted by bigger splashes in the stylish pool. Why not set up an evening (or three) of outside dining, whether supplied by the full kitchen inside or the gas barbecue out? The stunning ocean view will be tasty...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, may result in a fine.
