Nestled in the quaint Dendiatika settlement, overlooking the renowned Logos, and just a short drive from the idyllic Levrechio Beach, Marmari, and Monodendri Beach, villa Divista stands as a captivating traditional residence. Situated in a serene neighborhood, this picturesque estate boasts a mesmerizing sea view from its outdoor roof terrace, as well as a private swimming pool, and features exquisite stonework complemented by sun-drenched courtyards.
This delightful country house, spanning a single level, comprises the main villa and a self-contained studio, offering ample space for a family or a group of 6 individuals. The three air-conditioned bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, with an optional 7th person enjoying the coziness of a well-appointed sofa.
Layout
Upon passing through the outer gate, guests are welcomed into a charming, traditionally paved courtyard adorned with wrought iron furniture. To the right of the courtyard, the entrance to the villa beckons. The open-plan interior unfolds into a seamlessly connected living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an enchanting decorative fireplace. Positioned at the side of this space, a twin bedroom and a master bedroom share a family bathroom featuring a shower and a petite bath. Both bedrooms offer access to the terrace, with the unmatched vista of the expansive sea through elevated atriums.
On the outside left of the main entrance, a self-contained studio awaits, offering a double bed, a kitchenette, and a modern shower/WC, the same as an inviting retreat for those seeking both togetherness and privacy.
Pool and Terraces
Stepping through a narrow corridor to the pool terrace at the courtyard level, guests encounter a superb stone-built barbecue, next to a stone-built arch resembling a sealed bar. Adjacent to it lies the entirely private swimming pool, accessible via Roman steps, and an elevated atrium with panoramic sea views, serving as a tranquil sitting area.
An external staircase leads to the crown jewel of the property—the roof terrace—a vantage point offering a breathtaking panorama. The sun-drenched terraces, providing an all-day sunbathing experience, offer awe-inspiring views stretching from Loggos to the open sea.
Why Villa Divista
Beyond the superb roof terrace, the stone-built exterior courtyards showcase the artistry of local craftsmen, creating an unparalleled traditional ambiance rarely found on the entire island of Paxos.
In combination with its excellent location—far from bustling resorts yet conveniently close—Villa Divista emerges as a charming traditional haven. Ideal for those seeking rest amidst nature and the tranquillity of a small neighborhood, it invites all to savor incredible views and an authentic sense of serenity.

About the area
Paxi (or Paxos), the smallest of the Ionian Islands of Greece, is a hidden gem that offers an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This tranquil haven is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, crystal-clear waters, and charming villages, making it a perfect destination for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.
The island's coastline is dotted with picturesque pebble beaches and secluded coves that are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. One of the most famous spots is the Blue Caves, a series of sea caves that can be explored by boat, where the interplay of sunlight and water creates an ethereal blue glow.
Paxi is also home to enchanting olive groves and lush landscapes that beckon hikers and nature enthusiasts. The island's interior is crisscrossed with trails that lead through ancient olive trees, offering stunning views of the Ionian Sea and the chance to experience the island's serene natural environment.
The island's main villages, Gaios, Lakka, and Loggos, are brimming with character. Gaios, the capital, is a bustling port town with a Venetian flair, featuring a waterfront lined with colorful buildings, cafes, and restaurants. Visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and local specialties while taking in the views of the marina and the islet of Agios Nikolaos.
Cultural experiences abound in Paxi, with a number of small churches and museums that showcase the island's history and traditions. The Paxos Museum in Gaios, for instance, offers insights into the island's past through its collection of artifacts and exhibits.
For those looking to explore beyond Paxi, the nearby Antipaxos is a must-visit. This even smaller island is famous for its vineyards and two of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Ionian Sea, Voutoumi and Vrika, which are accessible by a short boat trip.
The island's laid-back atmosphere is complemented by its warm and welcoming locals, who are proud to share their slice of paradise with visitors. With its combination of natural splendor, cultural richness, and peaceful ambiance, Paxi is a destination that promises a truly memorable and rejuvenating experience for travelers.
