Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Rates Include:
- - Full-time staff including Villa Manager, Villa Attendant, and Technician.
- - One round-trip airport transfer for up to 12 people (only one trip each way).
- - Daily maid service. Bed linens are changed every 3rd day unless specifically requested.
- - High-speed Wifi access throughout the Villa.
- - Unlimited use of in-villa entertainment including movies, music, and Live TV available through the Smart TV system.
- - Pool and bath towels, bathrobes (guests will be charged for any items taken from the villa)
- Additional Services Available:
- - Food and Beverage Services - a la carte/set menus, private catering (BBQ dinners, special events)
- - Laundry Service - done daily upon request.
- - In-villa spa and massage treatments.
- - Vietnamese cooking classes.
- - Babysitting services.
- - Anything you need, just let us know to ensure your vacation is perfect in every way.
