Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. With a private hot tub, an open-concept living area, and a foosball table, this four-bedroom, multi-story townhouse is a roomy, entertaining retreat. Step out onto the two upper decks to take in the fresh mountain air, and make use of the Lake Village sauna, pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse with a pool table. The third-floor, open-concept living area is the perfect gathering spot, detailed with a wrap-around leather sofa and armchair by a stone fireplace. Gather for movie nights on the 40-inch TV or challenge the family to a foosball tournament. The open kitchen has plenty of countertop space to prepare home-cooked meals. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
