The pet and family-friendly 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence is just steps away from spectacular Lovers Point, the Pacific Grove Natural History Museum and other local attractions, including Pacific Grove Municipal Golf Links, Point Pinos Lighthouse and Asilomar State Beach.
Beautifully remodeled with modern conveniences and Americana designer touches throughout, the 2000-square-foot home is in the heart of Pacific Grove’s city park network, and is right across the street from Caledonia Park, which includes a tots’ play area, climbing equipment for older children and picnic tables.
Guests enter down several brick steps to the front door, which opens into a foyer that provides access to the first floor and the garage.
The three-level home provides plenty of space in which to gather or to find quiet, private time throughout the space.
Living Spaces
The main living areas are on the second level which features an open floor plan blending the family room, dining room and kitchen, ideal for gathering the whole family together.
The beautifully decorated living room with gas fireplace, local coastal artwork and seashell lamps has slip covered sofas and a 46-inch HDTV. This spacious room with lofted ceilings is a wonderful gathering space.
The family room offers a cozy seating area with a gas fireplace and comfortable upholstered furniture, adjacent to the wooden dining table with seating for 6 and a marble-topped bar area with beverage refrigerator. Doors from the family room lead to a balcony with a gas grill and outdoor seating, a perfect place to watch the sunset.
Kitchen
Between the living and family room spaces, the kitchen features Italian-made cabinetry, and high-end stainless steel appliances that include a six-burner Wolf gas range, a farmhouse apron sink and marble counter-tops.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the third level, Bedroom #1 is a suite that includes a California king bed, a large closet, full-length mirror and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a shaving mirror, a separate deep soaking tub, dual vessel sinks and custom tile work and peeks of the bay from upper-story windows. Please note that there is no door at the top of the stairs, so this bedroom is audibly open to the staircase and lower level.
Down on the first level you will find two bedrooms that each have doors that open onto a brick patio on the side of the home. These bedrooms share a hallway bath with a vessel sink and tub/shower combination with custom tile.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a twin day bed with a twin trundle that can sleep 1-2.
A half-bath is located near the living areas on the second floor.
A laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer is available in the lower level hallway.
Front and back yards are landscaped with succulents, flowers and citrus trees.
The garage has space for one larger vehicle or two small vehicles, with additional parking available on the street. A ChargePoint Level 2 EV Charger is available for guest use. Bring your cable and adaptor.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
