Other Things to Note • Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals. • A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking. • No Pets • No Smoking in unit or on property – $500 deep cleaning fee applies • No House Parties or Groups Under Age 25 • Ocean Blue does not permit motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers • Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM; while we aim for 4 PM, delays may occur • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability.
