We do not rent to locals. • A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking. • No Pets and No Smoking in the unit or on the property—violations are subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee • No House Parties or Groups Under 25 • Ocean Blue strictly prohibits motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers on any vehicle • Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available by 4 PM, but delays can occur • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year.
