We do not rent to locals. • A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking. • No Pets and No Smoking (including balconies and property grounds) – $500 deep cleaning fee applies for violations • No House Parties or Groups Under 25 • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay. • Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. While we strive to have the property ready by 4 PM, delays may occur. • Ocean Blue strictly enforces vehicle restrictions: No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers. All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
