Magenta is one of the apartment of La Residenza degli artisti in Lucca. It’s located on the first floor (with lift) and offers living / dining room with kitchen corner, master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with bath. Within the living area the two-seat sofa, turns if needed, into a double bed. It can accommodate up to 6 adults. The flat is located within the walled town center, in Via Galli Tassi, at a short distance from Via San Paolino (one of the main streets) and Piazza San Michele (once upon a time it has been the roman "foro").
La Residenza Degli Artisti has been recently completely renovated and each flat comes with a kettle, microwave, air conditioning, washing machine, and free internet Wi-Fi.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
