Welcome to our stunning pool home located in the prestigious gated resort of Solana!
You will LOVE the floor plan. Our house offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and has plenty of space to entertain all of your guests (up to 10 guests). Once you enter the home you’ll notice the high ceilings and the beautiful view on the pool.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is the primary with a king size bed and en-suite. The second one has a queen size bed and has access to a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and share a bathroom (bathtub). The last bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have TVs with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwater, pots and pans, dishwasher, stove, microwave,...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Shortly after the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking for the full names of the guests staying at the property, a picture of the ID of the primary guest, a selfie of the primary guest holding the ID, and our onlne registration form. We will need you to complete the full registration process so that we can create your door code and send it to you together with some our check-in instructions. You need to be 21+ to book our properties. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. Please contact us to get our frequently asked questions email.
