Welcome to The Beach House 2!
Enjoy absolute beachfront on the North end of Anna Maria. Directly on the Gulf
of Mexico, North of Pine Avenue on beautiful Anna Maria Island, The Beach
House 2 is a spectacular beach retreat. This Old Florida beach house on the
outside, the interior has been remodeled and updated with all the comforts of
a family home. Step outside the living area onto the covered patio and enjoy
the dune and sea oat views right in front of you. There is a path leading you
to the warm turquoise Gulf waters.
The sitting area on the patio is a great cocktail hour spot before heading to
one of the fabulous restaurants to be found on the island. If you are looking
to accommodate a party larger than 6, you may also reserve The Beach House,
which is located directly next door and sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
