restaurants, Beavers Bend Park and Marina look no further. Leave everyday life
behind when you visit this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, (1,744 sq. ft.) beautifully
decorated 2 story “real” log cabin on 1.25 acres of hardwoods and pine
trees.**
**There’s plenty of room for family and friends. You’ll have a king master
bedroom with its own balcony overlooking the hot tub, and a jacuzzi jet tub in
your private bathroom. The cabin also offers two other bedrooms, and a queen
pullout in the living room.**
**Leave it Behind also offers a private hot tub area, fire pit, 55” HD LED
satellite TV,(** _ _ **limited)**__ **Wi-Fi, DVD player, foosball, washer and
dryer, dishwasher, propane grill, and gas fireplace. You’ll have everything
you need to prepare a snack or gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
