Southern Dunes Home 4 bed 2 and a half bath home! The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you’d ever need to whip up something tasty to eat. It also has modern appliances and plenty of countertop space to work on. Just off of the kitchen is the breakfast nook, which has seating for up to 4 people. This is a nice little area to sit down and enjoy your breakfast before heading out to the parks for the day. If you need more space and something a little more formal, head to the formal dining area. Here, there’s a very traditional, dark wood dining suite with 6 seats. What’s more, there’s also a glass patio door next to the dining suite that lets plenty of natural light in as well as lets everyone out into the pool area (we’ll talk a little about this in a second). The living room has ceilings that reach all the way to the top of the second floor. The room feels very large, light, and airy. There’s an L-shaped brown sectional that should seat everyone comfortably in front of the flat screen TV. When you head outside at the back, you’ll enter the screened-in pool area complete with lagoon-shaped pool, sun loungers, a patio table and chairs, and a covered lanai for those who don’t want to be in direct sunlight. If you get fed up of being outside, head to the garage where you’ll be able to play some table tennis. There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is large and has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk- in shower, and a garden tub. Bedroom 2 also has a queen-size bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 have two single beds in each, perfect for kids. Community Details This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children’s playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award- winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
