Located in La Colle sur Loup with a view of the Gorges du Loup, La Villa des parfums by Property Manager is a magnificent seasonal rental villa of 185 m2 on a beautiful plot of land of 2500m2, this villa is fully air-conditioned with a beautiful swimming pool. 13 x 8 meter overflow, pétanque court, ping pong table, electric plancha, everything you need to have a great holiday with family or friends.
The villa is composed as follows:
5 bedrooms including 1 bedroom- studio with kitchen.
3 of the bedrooms have 1 160cm bed; and 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds
3 bathrooms and 3 toilets
a separate fully equipped kitchen, American fridge with ice cubes, oven, espresso machine hob etc.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
