Located in the coveted Montañar I area of Jávea, the Isleta Marina Oasis apartment is conveniently situated 15 minutes walking distance from the bustling Arenal beach and Jávea port, which means that the best shops, restaurants, and beach bars in Jávea are just a step away or by car.
This charming two-storey, two-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated with white and beach wood furniture, rattan lamps and accessories, and pastel-coloured furniture that makes you think of the sea as soon as you cross the main door.
In the centre of the Isleta Marina complex there is an oasis of sun-bathed gardens and a gleaming communal swimming pool with a children’s pool on one side. Inside the apartment, the spacious dining room looks out onto a sunny balcony with views of the gardens. Complete with a suspended chill-out chair and a covered dining table, it is a charming place to read a book or eat outdoors. On the same floor are the kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a modern family bathroom and an independent toilet with a second WC.
The spacious lounge is on the second floor and is accessed by an interior staircase. Comfortable sofas, books and works of art make it a charming space to relax. However, the true stars of the show are the two exterior balconies, one with sun loungers and a small dining table with views of the Montgó in Jávea, and the other with outdoor seating and views of the inner gardens and, in the distance, the sea!
The apartment also has a practical underground private parking space, ideal for keeping the car cool during the summer months, or for storing bicycles.
JH Loves - the three fabulous balconies, the easy location of the property; close to shops, supermarkets and the beach, and the magnificent interior decoration.... you cannot miss this apartment!
JH Advice: Marina Isleta Oasis is located in the same complex as Marina Isleta and only 100 metres from Flor de Mar. If you’re coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option! Please note that Isleta Marina does not have a lift, and the apartment is accessed via stairs.

About the area
Xàbia (also known as Jávea), a coastal town in Spain's Costa Blanca, is a gem that offers a delightful mix of historical charm, natural beauty, and modern amenities. Nestled between the capes of San Antonio and La Nao, Xàbia is divided into three main areas: the old town, the port, and the beach area, each with its own unique allure.
The old town of Xàbia is a journey back in time with its narrow, winding streets and gothic buildings, such as the fortress-like Church of San Bartolomé. This area is a testament to the town's rich history, with its ancient walls and historical museums that provide insight into the lives of its past inhabitants.
The port area, known as Aduanas del Mar, is a bustling hub where fishing boats and yachts coexist. It's a perfect spot to savor fresh seafood at one of the many restaurants overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The port also features the modernist Casa del Cable, which now serves as an exhibition hall.
For beach lovers, the sandy Arenal Beach is the main attraction with its palm-lined promenade, lively bars, and restaurants. The clear blue waters are ideal for swimming, while the surrounding coves, such as Granadella and Portitxol, offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving.
Nature enthusiasts will be drawn to the Montgó Natural Park, which towers over Xàbia and provides a stunning backdrop to the town. The park is a haven for hikers and wildlife watchers, with its diverse flora and fauna and panoramic views of the coastline.
Xàbia's microclimate is considered one of the best in the world by the World Health Organization, making it an ideal destination year-round. The town also hosts various cultural events and festivals, such as the lively Fiesta de San Juan in June, which celebrates the summer solstice with bonfires and fireworks.
For those interested in art and architecture, Xàbia does not disappoint. The town has inspired many artists, including the famous Spanish painter Joaquín Sorolla, who captured its landscapes in his works.
In summary, Xàbia is a destination that offers a harmonious blend of historical depth, natural splendor, and a vibrant contemporary lifestyle. Whether you're looking to explore its cultural heritage, relax on its beautiful beaches, or enjoy outdoor activities in a picturesque setting, Xàbia caters to all tastes and preferences.
