A complete escape from usual. The small and romantic space is an ideal base for a couple or solo lodger looking for a comfortable and inviting stay in the city. It is true that dynamite comes in small packages. The detail and charm of this apartment is mesmerising. From the moment you step in, its a feast for the eyes.
The antique furnishings, plush seating area and comfortable, cosy bed pay homage to the owners romantic, stylist flair. Comparatively, the white kitchen and bathroom are a less ornamental, more country chic and a lot more functional.
Guests can access the whole home and use the fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedroom.
The apartment is small, with the bathroom on the top floor, so you will need to climb steep stairs.
We do not recommend people with mobility problems or young children stay here for this reason.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- We reserve the right to ask for a copy of your ID and take your credit card details in case of any damages or breakages.
- For the comfort and safety of our guests and owners, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments.
- Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s)
- Please remove shoes when inside the house.
- No loud noise or music from 22h00
- Quiet hours are 22h00 - 08h00
- No pets unless previously agreed
- Recycling is mandatory, please dispose of garbage correctly.
- All areas with tamper tape must remain sealed as the owners personal belongings are in there. Please ensure they stay sealed for privacy.
