This is a stunning 2 bedroom Lesa villa in the delightful lakeside village of Lesa on Lake Maggiore. Occupying one wing of a large country house, it boasts its own private terrace but is also set in mature gardens, a small part of which guests are welcome to enjoy.
As you go inside this Lesa villa, guests enter into a beautifully furnished open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The newly installed kitchen is sleek and contemporary and well equipped with both bar style seating and with a kitchen table seating four. A corner sofa is arranged in the other part of the room, furnished with floral cushions that coordinate with the gardens behind which can be enjoyed through the dual aspect windows. This really is a delightful room for entertaining and for sitting and relaxing whilst enjoying the company of friends and family.

This Lesa villa is located in Lesa within a few metres walk of the lakeside and within easy access of a number of restaurants and village shops. It's a 5 minute walk to restaurants and 15 minutes on foot to the nearest supermarket. This is a great location if you want to park your car up for the week and explore on foot! Head out the garden gate and you'll find a public beach. There are two additional beaches a little further along, one of which is sandy and has sun loungers available to hire along with a bar where you can enjoy drinks. Not only that but you'll find a full size swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas along with snack bar within the tennis club which is just a few minutes away on foot. Entry is possible for a small fee.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
