Shell-abrate Beach Times is a great place to spend your family vacation. This multi-level townhome offers a detached one-bedroom one-bathroom area downstairs and a three-bedroom three-bathroom area upstairs. It is approximately a 0.5-mile drive by car or a fun golf cart ride to the beach and 0.8 miles to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Rent one of our golf carts to experience island life like a local. After a day at the beach, come and cool off in the shared pool that is just steps away from this home. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, cook up the day’s catch on the gas grill, and enjoy it at the picnic table under the covered shaded area. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
