We are located opposite Asturias Beach, so you only need to cross the street. Nearby, our guests will have easy access to Praia de Pitangueiras, do Tombo, as well as several bars, restaurants, markets and pharmacies.
- We provide pillows, bed linen and bath towels. It is necessary to bring blankets for colder days.
- We offer beach service, with 1 umbrella and 6 chairs.
- There are no child protection screens, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, adding security to the apartment.

The Neighborhood
Asturias is a well-located neighborhood in the city of Guarujá. With an extensive beach and calm sea. Recently the beachfront was revitalized and now has a promenade with a running and bicycle track. It is no longer allowed to park cars in front of the beach, which makes it more reserved and suitable for enjoying the best moments with your family.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- - Pets prohibited.
- - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
- - Visits are not permitted.
- - We provide pillows, bed linen and bath towels. It is necessary to bring blankets for colder days.
- - We offer beach service, with 1 umbrella and 6 chairs.
- - The condominium does not allow the use of the common leisure area such as: swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, etc.
- - A security deposit of R$2,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation. This may influence the final value.
