For outdoor enthusiasts, you can drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway to enjoy the changing foliage of each season with the windows down, or stop along the many mileposts for a scenic hike or Insta-worthy selfie. For a low-key day outside the big city, the ever-charming small town of Black Mountain boasts amazing restaurants, cafes, galleries, and shops to explore. Black Mountain is also just 10 minutes from the town of Montreat where you can find gorgeous walking trails along babbling creeks, through rhododendron tunnels, and soaring up to rock outcroppings that lead to mountain peaks overlooking the Swannanoa Valley.

Please Note: This home is not pet-friendly. The driveway is paved but very steep. This home conveniently provides a baby gate, booster seat, and Pack N’ Play in the closet near the front door for guests traveling with children.
