The interior is charming and relaxing. The villa offers 3 bedrooms, two of which with ensuite bathroom, along with an additional shared bathroom. In the air-conditioned living room there is a fireplace, a sofa and a smart TV.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessaries (dining table, cooking basics and cookware, filter & Espresso coffee maker, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, oven etc.).
The layout of the villa fits perfectly large families or groups of up to six people who want to share special moments of joy and relaxation while retaining their privacy.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
