POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole’s based on availability.

With three bedrooms appointed with KING beds including a main floor primary suite, plus three and a half baths, this home will comfortably entertain a party of six.
The open floor plan features a spacious great room that has an airy feeling with plenty of seating around the fireplace. The room opens to a large screened back porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoons spent playing the boardgames available during your stay. The Kitchen is filled with natural light and is beautifully appointed with high-end appliances for easy meal preparation. You will also find a Weber grill right outside the back porch. After you have settled in, you can take a short walk and visit Wilson Village restaurants and shops, or head to RTs Market to pick for morning coffee and a paper, sandwiches & snacks or everything you would need for happy hour on the porch. There is so much to see and experience while at Palmetto Bluff, but when you are ready to kick back and relax, this home is especially lovely to come home to.
The Parlor House offers full golf privileges, covered parking, well-appointed and professionally managed by Luxury Simplified Retreats - Palmetto Bluff. For an additional fee, a four-passenger golf cart is available for your convenience during your stay. .
