While the boat lift is not for guest use, there’s a space at the private dock to accommodate a boat up to 24 feet in size. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the larger-than-life TV, or serving brunch poolside on the patio. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night’s rest from the day’s sunny adventures. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Garage access is off limits for guests Parking: the City of Cape Coral prohibits boat trailers from being parked in the front driveway, this property does not allow trailers to be parked on the side or back yards. Any infractions or fines will be passed along to guests who do not adhere to these regulations. 2 dog(s), weighing 40lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
