Peace & Sea-Renity
The house itself is bright, modern, and polished, but the Dauphin Island setting is as classic as they come at Peace & Sea-Renity. Tucked into a clearing of a dense grove of trees, this elevated home offers a wonderful wraparound deck, a shaded patio beneath the house, and easy access to the island’s white sand beaches on foot, by bike, or by car.
This home sits near the heart of Dauphin Island, less than half a mile up the road from Dauphin Beach parking and the Isle Dauphine Golf Course. When you’re not swimming, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding in the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll be close to the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, the Mobile Bay Ferry, and the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab - all of which are within three miles.
After a beautiful morning spent in sugar-white sand, come home to light the gas grill for a barbecue lunch and gather around the picnic tables on the shaded patio. Ascend the outdoor staircase to find a deck that wraps around the house, offering sun, shade, and multiple seating vignettes with views of the woods.
The interior is decorated in soft, cool neutrals, with central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and comfortable furnishings throughout. Highlights include an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a dining room table and a breakfast bar, and a living room with a TV (offering both cable and streaming capability). Of the four bedrooms, all have TVs of their own. The primary suite and the bunk room are paired with en suite bathrooms as well.
