They can enjoy water sports on Kashid beach which can be arranged for on actual cost. Guests can take a peaceful walk around the neighbourhood and embrace its beauty. All bathrooms are modern and have towels and basic toiletries. All attached bathrooms have geysers. 2 of the attached bathrooms offer a bathtub. LIVING ROOM The home opens up to expansive drawing rooms, 1 in each villa building. Both are equipped with home theatre system and music systems. The first living room can accommodate up to 9 people, and the second living room can accommodate up to 4 people. The dining room offers comfortable seating for up to 10 people and is equipped with an AC. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. POOL & JACUZZI Step outside, and you will be greeted with the huge infinity pool, that overlooks the breathtaking views of Kashid Beach. The infinity pool is 56x15 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. Adjacent to the pool is the jacuzzi, ideal for a relaxing soak amidst the stunning vistas of the ocean. DANCE ROOM Head over to the basement, and you will be greeted by the an exclusive, private DJ room, perfect to party! It is complete with a TV, vibrant lights, seating and a bar counter. ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals (lunch, high-tea, dinner, breakfast) can be provided in-house. - A chef can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs. 9000 per day for up to 15 guests. For an additional 5 guests, an extra charge of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied. This is subject to availability. The cook will be available from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Spa services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 2000. - Barbecue kit is available at Rs.1000, plus groceries. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.500. - Washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per load. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. NEIGHBOURHOOD Famous for its beautiful clear water, white sand and cliffs, Kashid is a beach town located nearly 30 km away from Alibaug. Encircled by shrubs and trees called Casuarina, the natural charm of Kashid gets even better. If you’re looking for some peaceful time in unadulterated nature, Kashid should definitely be on your list. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area for security purposes. In case of a power outage, the generator can support lights, fans, refrigerator, and geyser for up to 10 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans. The caretaker stays on the premises of the property. The rooms will be cleaned only twice in a day. The caretaker can bring groceries at an additional cost. An extra cleaning fee may be levied in case of corporate events. A Jio dongle will be available at the property, however, the network may vary subject to availability at any given time. Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season. Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. Loud music is allowed, however, please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum post midnight. Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 5000 + taxes.  - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, blankets, and also in the pool.  - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. - A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
