THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This spacious bedroom on the ground floor has a separate dressing area with ample storage. It is equipped with an AC, fan, electric kettle and seating arrangements for up to 2-3 people. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This spacious bedroom on the ground floor has a separate dressing area with ample storage. It is equipped with an AC, fan, electric kettle and seating arrangements for up to 2-3 people. BEDROOM 3 This spacious bedroom on the first floor has a balcony with a view and a separate dressing area with ample storage. It is equipped with an AC, fan, electric kettle and seating arrangements for up to 2-3 people. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 4 This spacious bedroom on the first floor has a balcony with a view and a separate dressing area with ample storage. BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. LIVING ROOM 1 The living room on the ground floor has sofas that can seat up to 12 people It is equipped with a fan, portable music system and CCTV. The window in this area opens up to the alluring surroundings of the property. LIVING ROOM 2 The living room on the ground floor has sofas that can seat up to 7-8 people It is equipped with a fan, TV and modern amenities. The window in this area opens up to the alluring surroundings of the property. COURTYARD LIVING ROOM This courtyard on the ground floor is equipped with seating arrangements for up to 4-5 people. There is a bar near this area that caters to some fun mocktails and beverages that can be enjoyed here. DINING AREA The dining area is located on the ground floor and is equipped with seating arrangements for 8 people. There is an AC installed in this area. POOL There is a private plunge pool, 45x20 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in-depth and overlooks the surroundings. The pool can be accessed from 8 AM - 10 PM. LAWN There is a 1500 sq. ft lawn. It can seat up to 5-6 people at any given time. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per session. - A male staff can be accommodated on the property at an additional charge of Rs 700 per person, per day. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. PET POLICY Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the 900 VA generator can support all the appliances for up to 3 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and is available till 10 PM. - This is a standalone property. - This property is present in a secluded location. - There is no WiFi on the property. Guests are requested to carry a dongle with them during their stay. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
