The air-conditioned room can seat up to 8 people.  ALFRESCO DINING Savour elaborate meals in the alfresco dining space, set up on the verandah of the home.  It can seat up to 6 people comfortably.  LAWN  Step outside, you will be greeted with lush foliage that surrounds the home, ideal for a relaxing stroll in the gardens.  The manicured garden is 150 sq. metres in size.  KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.  - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES  - This is neither a pet-friendly property nor a wheelchair-friendly property.  - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances for up to 10 hours.  - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - This is a standalone property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Alcohol consumption is allowed.  - Smoking is not allowed in the premises of the villa.  POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
