BEDROOM 2 This ground-floor secondary bedroom opens up to a balcony facing the great valley. It offers a multitude of lavish amenities including an AC, working station, WiFi and wardrobe. This room is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BEDROOM 3 This first-floor master bedroom opens up to a balcony facing the magnificent river. It offers a multitude of lavish amenities including an AC, extra mattress, working station, WiFi and wardrobe. This room is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the lower ground floor. Each bathroom is equipped with towels, and basic toiletries for the guests’ comfort. LIVING ROOM 1 The living room is equipped with a fan, portable music system and TV for entertainment. This living room is adorned with leather seating arrangements for up to 7 people. This living area provides plenty of space for large parties to gather and play indoor games or converse. DINING ROOM 1 The dining room is part of the living room offering easy access to both areas. The area is equipped with a seating arrangement for up to 8 people. This space has beautiful chandeliers installed that illuminate the areas as you munch on some grubs. LIVING ROOM 2 The living room is equipped with a fan, portable music system and TV for entertainment. This living room is adorned with gorgeous seating arrangements for up to 7 people. This living area provides plenty of space for large parties to gather and play indoor games or converse. DINING ROOM The dining room is part of the living room offering easy access to both areas. POOL There is a private plunge pool, 20x15 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in-depth and can be accessed from 8 AM - 8 PM. The villa has a private pool overlooking the river and hills. LAWN There is a 5000 sqft sq. ft lawn fit to partake in workout sessions and play outdoor games. It can seat up to 12 people at any given time. GAZEBO The comfortable gazebo provides a wonderful view of the river and lush greenery around. It is close to the pool and lawn, making it a perfect spot to catch your breath from the activities. KITCHEN 1 Gusts do not have access to this kitchen. This kitchen will be utilised by the staff and caretaker present to prepare meals. KITCHEN 2 Guests can access this kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster and an induction plate. Crockery and cutlery are available. ADD-ON SERVICES - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional charge per person, per day. - A barbeque kit and the materials can be availed at an additional cost - A barbeque grill can be arranged at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Accommodation for 2 male staff or 2 female staff can be provided at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per person, per day. *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Alcohol consumption is allowed.
