Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€ /day for the first two days & 40€ /every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available
Internal Living: Designed entirely on one level and unfolding across 130m² of thoughtfully arranged interior space, the villa embraces clean architectural lines, abundant natural light and a seamless indoor–outdoor flow. Villa Kampos III is part of a private three-villa complex. Each villa enjoys its own private pool and facilities, though please note that some outdoor areas may be overlooked due to the layout of the enclave. Guests have exclusive use of Villa Kampos III, with full private access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.
