The sublime home features a 35m2 private heated swimming pool (can be heated with an additional fee), with waterfall fountain features and ample outdoor design-led settings. For our younger guests a children pool compartment is embellished with 0.40 depth and also a ping-pong table is available for endless games with loved ones. The pool terrace is equipped with premium sun beds and umbrellas so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer. Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ (gas) facilities, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over. The sublime home also features an outdoor shower. An outdoor playground awaits children for some extra game time when parents are reminiscing on the day’s events over a G&T. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | $60/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 77 °F or in case of rain it shall not operate.
